On 27 June 2008, the Commerce Commission
(“the Commission”) issued a standard terms determination, under section 30M of the Telecommunications Act
2001 (“the Act”), in respect of Telecom’s unbundled
copper local loop network backhaul (telephone exchange to interconnect point) service (“Decision 626”).
On 5 March 2009, the Commerce Commission clarified, under section 58(1) of the Act, Decision 626.
Pursuant to section 58(2) of the Act, the Commission gives public notice that it has clarified, under section 58(1) of the Act, Decision 626.
