On 27 June 2008, the Commerce Commission ("the Commission") issued a standard terms determination, under section 30M of the Telecommunications Act
2001 ("the Act"), in respect of Telecom's unbundled bitstream access backhaul service ("Decision 627").
On 19 September 2008, the Commerce Commission clarified, under section 58(1) of the Act, Decision 627.
Pursuant to section 58(2) of the Act, the Commission gives public notice that it has clarified, under section 58(1) of the Act, Decision 627.
