In accordance with section 34(1)(a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice of his intention to make the following ordinary Civil Aviation Rules:
CAR Part 125 Air Operations - Medium Aeroplanes
The purpose of this rule-making proposal is to update Part 125 to address the disparity in standards between Part 125 and Part 121 operational requirements
and to achieve compliance with ICAO standards and recommended practices. This will result in an operating standard that is consistent with international best practice and passenger expectations.
