Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
John Joseph Cregten and Andrew John McKay, insolvency practitioners of Corporate Finance Limited, Level 15, AMP Centre, 29 Customs Street West, Auckland 1010, hereby give notice that on 26 November 2009, they were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of CHAMPAGNE CORPORATE CHARTERS LIMITED under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 5th day of November 2009.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company's property described as a 1993 21.4 metre Vitech Launch named "Nirvana" together with all its safety and navigational equipments, MA 130214, charged by the agreement.
