On 17 November 2009, Patrick Dean Norris, insolvency practitioner of Nelson, was appointed by South Canterbury Finance as receiver of NELSON BAYS CONCRETE CONTRACTING LIMITED pursuant to their powers conferred in a general security agreement registered on
11 November 2009, for all present and after acquired personal property of the company.
