Notice of Appointment of Receivers of Income
Pursuant to Section 10 of the Receiverships Act 1993
The New Zealand Guardian Trust Limited
("the mortgagee"), as mortgagee under memorandum of mortgage 7469143.2 (North Auckland Land Registry)
("the mortgage") given by NASH PROPERTIES LIMITED ("the mortgagor") in favour of the mortgagee and affecting the land in Computer Freehold Register NA1058/8, being the property known as 192 Airfield Road, Papakura, Auckland ("the land"), has appointed Peter Drennan and Damien Grant, of Waterstone Insolvency, to be the receivers of the income of the land with all the powers conferred upon a receiver in terms of the mortgage and by the law.
