Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 18 November 2009, Laurence George Chilcott
and Stephen Rex Tietjens were appointed under the powers conferred by a registered general security agreement dated the 21st day of August 2009, to act jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the company's real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
