Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 3 of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 30 January 2009 at 12.15pm, Paul Graham Sargison, chartered accountant, was appointed by Allied Nationwide Finance Limited as receiver and manager of the property
of MERLOT PROPERTY SERVICES LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated
the 6th day of September 2006, secured over all present and after acquired property of the company.
