Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
The Receiverships Act 1993
On 16 December 2008, we, Timothy Wilson Downes and Trevor Francis Thornton, chartered accountants of Auckland and Christchurch respectively, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of all rent and other moneys payable under all leases, licences and tenancies affecting
the land and buildings of GOLDRIDGE PROPERTIES LIMITED (being the Gold Ridge Hotel) located at 594 Frankton Road, Queenstown (“the property”).
The receivers have all the powers conferred upon a receiver in terms of the mortgage and by the law.
The appointment was affected pursuant to the powers conferred by a first registered mortgage over the property.
