Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 16 November 2009, Laurence George Chilcott and Stephen Rex Tietjens were appointed under the powers conferred by a registered general security agreement dated the 23rd day of December 2005, to act jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the assets and undertakings of the above-named company.
