Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 6 November 2009, Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners, of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of OLIVADO INTERNATIONAL LIMITED under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 5th day of July 2007.
The Property in Receivership is: All present and after acquired personal property of the company.
