Notice of Appointment of Receiver of Income
Pursuant to Sections 8(1)(b) and 10 of the Receiverships
Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 11 November 2009, Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners, of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of the income of the property of BIDOIS PROPERTY TRUSTEE COMPANY LIMITED under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 20th day of December 2007.
The Property in Receivership is: The income from the property comprised and described in Computer Freehold Register NA139A/411 (North Auckland Land Registry).
