Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Michael Peter Stiassny and Brendon James Gibson, hereby give notice that on 9 November 2009, we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of
the assets and undertakings of CEDENCO FOODS and CEDENCO OHAKUNE pursuant to a debenture dated the 24th day of February 2000 and a general security agreement dated the 1st day of November 2005 respectively.
Short Description of Property Charged Under the Debenture and General Security Agreement: All assets and undertakings of the companies.
