Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 5 November 2009, I, Paul David Sills, was appointed by Houhora Securities Limited, acting under powers conferred by a specific security agreement dated the 27th day of January 2004, to act as receiver and manager of the equipment and consumer goods, livestock and motor vehicles of the above-named company.
The Receiver’s and Manager’s Office Address is: Level 5, 12 O’Connell Street, Auckland.
