Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Bryan Mayo-Smith and Robert Foster, chartered accountants of BDO Auckland, were appointed receivers of the
above-named companies on 6 November 2009 by South Canterbury Finance Limited under the terms of a general security agreement over the whole of the assets of the companies.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the companies’ undertaking, property and assets.
