Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 23 January 2009, Gareth Russel Hoole and Kevin David Pitfield were appointed joint and several receivers and managers over all the assets and undertakings of JAPANESE RESTAURANT HOLDINGS LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation).
