Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 2 November 2009, we, Peter James Heenan, of Invercargill, and Duncan Varnham Fea, of Queenstown, were appointed under powers conferred by a general security agreement dated the 30th day of May 2007, to act jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the assets and undertaking of the above-named company.
