Notice of Appointment of Receiver of Income
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receivership Act 1993
On 22 October 2009 I, Murray John Greer, consultant of Auckland, was appointed receiver of income of the property of PETHERICK PROPERTIES LIMITED (in receivership) ("the company") at Clayton Ford House, 132 The Terrace, Wellington, being more particularly described in certificate of title WN22A/388 (Wellington Registry) ("the property") and/or all earnings, monetary rights, lease rights, insurance benefits and purchase moneys ("the assigned property") or any part of the property and/or the assigned property with power to manage the company's business transacted on or from the property or in relation to the property and/or the assigned property or any part of the property and/or assigned property and to exercise all other powers which a receiver may exercise under the mortgage, under any of the facility terms (as defined in the mortgage) or by law.
The appointment was effected pursuant to the powers conferred by a first registered mortgage and subsequent variations of mortgage over the property.
