Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant, and Colin Anthony Latham Gower, insolvency practitioner, of BDO Christchurch, hereby give notice, pursuant to section 8(1)(a) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 29 October 2009, the secured party, at the request of the directors of the company under the terms of the general security agreement, entered into by the company in favour of the secured party on
or about 20 March 2003 (“the security agreement”), did appoint us receivers and managers, on a joint and several basis, of all the undertaking, property, rights and assets of the company charged by, or subject to a security interest arising under, the security agreement, with each and all of the powers conferred to a receiver and manager under the provisions of the security agreement and at law.
