Notice of Appointment of Receiver of Income
Pursuant to Section 10 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Trustees Executors Limited (“the mortgagee”), as mortgagee under memorandum of mortgage 7420546.2 (North Auckland Land Registry) (“the mortgage”) given by MARILOU LACADEN DOMINGO (“the mortgagor”) in favour of the mortgagee and affecting the land in:
(a) Computer Freehold Register NA51C/111, being
the property known as 82A Symonds Street, Grafton, Auckland;
(b) Computer Freehold Register NA51C/112, being
the property known as 82B Symonds Street, Grafton, Auckland;
(c) Computer Freehold Register NA52B/422, being
the property known as 82C Symonds Street, Grafton, Auckland;
(d) Computer Freehold Register NA51C/114, being
the property known as 82D Symonds Street, Grafton, Auckland; and
(e) Computer Freehold Register NA52B/423, being
the property known as 82E Symonds Street, Grafton, Auckland;
together “the land”, has appointed Maree Banks, of Crockers Property Management, to be the receiver
of the income of the land with all the powers conferred
upon a receiver in terms of the mortgage and by the law.
The office address for the receiver of income is 137 Quay Street, Auckland.
The receiver shall at all times be the agent of the mortgagor and not of the mortgagee.
