Notice of Appointment of Receiver of Income
Pursuant to Section 10 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Trustees Executors Limited (“the mortgagee”), as mortgagee under memorandum of mortgages 7035743.5, 7366533.3 and 7119196.4 (North Auckland Land
Registry) (“the mortgage”) given by BEAUREGARD PROPERTIES LIMITED (“the mortgagor”) in favour of the mortgagee and affecting the land in:
(a) Computer Freehold Register NA65D/920, being the property known as Level 1, 2 St Martins Lane, Grafton, Auckland;
(b) Computer Freehold Register 205024, being the property known as 6A, 2 St Martins Lane, Grafton, Auckland; and
(c) Computer Freehold Register 205023, being the property known as 6B, 2 St Martins Lane, Grafton, Auckland
together “the land”, has appointed Maree Banks, of Crockers Property Management, to be the receiver
of the income of the land with all the powers conferred
upon a receiver in terms of the mortgage and by the law.
The office address for the receiver of income is 137 Quay Street, Auckland.
The receiver shall at all times be the agent of the mortgagor and not of the mortgagee.
