Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 7 October 2009, the High Court at Auckland appointed John Trevor Whittfield and Peri Micaela Finnigan as receivers to the WAIMANU AND METRO HOLDINGS PARTNERSHIP.
The property in receivership includes all amounts owing and real estate at Auckland and Wellington.
