On 22 October 2009, Patrick Dean Norris, insolvency practitioner of Nelson, was appointed by South Canterbury Finance as receiver of SEAMASTER MARINE (2006) LIMITED, pursuant to their powers conferred in a general security agreement registered on 2 July 2007 for all present and after acquired personal property of the company.
