Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Take notice that on 20 October 2009, Peter Reginald Jollands and Robin Trispin Jolliffe were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of all the property, assets and undertakings of SIXTEEN QUEENSLAND AVENUE NZ LIMITED (in receivership) pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 24th day of June 2009.
If any creditor claims a security interest over any assets
of the above-named company, please provide details to the receivers forthwith.
