Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 9 October 2009, Amanda-Jane Atkins, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed to succeed Rowan John Chapman, chartered accountant of Auckland, as joint receiver and manager of all the assets and undertakings of the above-named company under the powers conferred by a general security agreement dated the 19th day of July 2006.
