Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 15 October 2009, Glen David Gernhoefer, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed to succeed Rowan John Chapman, chartered accountant of Auckland, as joint receiver and manager of all the assets and undertakings of the above-named companies under the powers conferred
by the general security agreements dated the 30th day of September 2004, the 10th day of August 2005 and the 16th day of August 2007.
