Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Timothy Wilson Downes and Richard Grant Simpson, insolvency practitioners of Grant Thornton Auckland Limited, hereby give notice that on 28 January 2009, they were appointed as receivers and managers of the property
of AGILITY GROUP WELLINGTON LIMITED under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 14th day of October 2008.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
