Notice of Appointment of Receivers of Income
Pursuant to Sections 8(1)(b) and 10 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 6 October 2009, Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of the income of the property of THE ARROWVILLE TRUST in respect of
the general security deed to the trust by a deed of novation and acknowledgement dated the 21st day of May 2008.
The Property in Receivership is: The income of the
property comprised and described in certificates
of title NA114A/103, NA114A/105, NA114A/107, NA114A/108, NA121C/736 and NA121C/900 of the North Auckland Land Registry.
