Notice of Resignation of Receivers and Managers
Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 11 of
the Receiverships Act 1993, that D. D. Crichton and
K. A. Horne, chartered accountants of HFK Limited, Christchurch, resigned as receivers and managers of the above-named company on 13 October 2009.
