Notice of Appointment of Receiver of Income
Pursuant to Section 10 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Southern Cross Building Society (“the mortgagee”), as mortgagee under memorandum of mortgage 7281328.1 (South Auckland Land Registry) (“the mortgage”)
given by CLOUGHCOR PROPERTIES LIMITED
(“the mortgagor”) in favour of the mortgagee and affecting the land in
(a) Computer Freehold Register SA22B/1197, being
the property known as 32 Gloucester Road,
Mt Maunganui; and
(b) Computer Freehold Register SA22B/1198, being
the property known as 34 Gloucester Road,
Mt Maunganui,
together “the land”, has appointed Leanne Bullock, of Rental4u, to be the receiver of the income of the land with all the powers conferred upon a receiver in terms of the mortgage and by the law.
The office address for the receiver of rents is 2 Johnsview Terrace, Hillcrest, Hamilton.
The receiver shall at all times be the agent of the mortgagor and not of the mortgagee.
