Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on 9 October 2009, Roy Horrocks and
Peri Micaela Finnigan, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of DAI KANAE INVESTMENTS LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 29th day of November 2006, which property consists of all present and after acquired property of the company and all other property of the company as more particularly defined in the general security agreement.
