Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Robert James Neilson and Paul Thomas Manning, chartered accountants of Tauranga, were, on 6 October 2009, appointed as joint receivers and managers of the property of
EURO-STYLE KITCHENS AND APPLIANCES LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 22nd day of January 2009 which property consists of all present and after acquired personal property.
The Office of the Receivers and Managers is: c/o Rodewald Hart Brown Limited, Level 1, The Hub, 525 Cameron Road, Tauranga 3110.
