Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 28 September 2009, Anthony
John McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of HUKA FALLS RESORT LIMITED under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 7th day of July 2006.
The Property in Receivership is: All present and after acquired personal property of the company.
