Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on 24 September 2009, John Trevor Whittfield and Peri Micaela Finnigan, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of VISION GROUP 2005 LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 1st day of May 2006, which property consists of all present and after acquired personal property of the company and all other property of the company as more particularly defined in the general security agreement.
