Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 23 September 2009, William Guy Black and Andrew John Grenfell, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed as receivers
and managers of the property of STRATA FINANCE LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained in a trust deed dated the 21st day of May 2004.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s present and after acquired property and land and present and future interests in relation to such property and land.
The Offices of the Receivers and Managers are at: McGrathNicol, Level 17, 34 Shortland Street, Auckland.
