Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
The Receiverships Act 1993
Gordon Lewis Hansen and John Leslie Purvis hereby give notice that on 10 September 2009, they were appointed jointly as receivers and managers of the property of the above-named companies under the powers contained in instruments dated the 20th day of October 2009.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all of the undertakings and property, present and future, including uncalled and unpaid capital of the companies.
