Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 4 September 2009, I, Paul David Sills, was appointed by WILTSHIRE INVESTMENTS LIMITED, acting under powers conferred by a general security deed dated the 26th day of August 2005, to act as receiver and manager of all of the property of the above-named company.
The Receiver’s and Manager’s Office Address is: Level 5, 12 O’Connell Street, Auckland.
