Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Thomas Lee Rodewald and Robert James Neilson, chartered accountants of Tauranga, were, on 3 September 2009, appointed as joint receivers and managers of the property
of HELICO NEW ZEALAND LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 14th day of May 2008 which consists of all present and after acquired personal property and all personal property in which they have rights, whether now or in the future.
The Office of the Receivers and Managers is: Rodewald Hart Brown Limited, Level 1, The Hub, 525 Cameron Road, Tauranga 3110.
