Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 6(2) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that at the request of the mortgagee on 21 January 2009, John Joseph Cregten and Andrew John McKay, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the property
of TE WHENUA VENTURE HOLDINGS LIMITED under the powers contained in clause 4.3 of a mortgage dated the 10th day of April 2007 granted by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: The estate of freehold in fee simple described and comprised in the certificate of title WN40A/700 (Wellington Land Registry), together with the associated rights and interests.
The Offices of the Receivers and Managers are: Corporate Finance Limited, Level 15, AMP Centre, 29 Customs Street West, Auckland.
