Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 21 August 2009, Stephen Rex Tietjens and Laurence George Chilcott were appointed as joint and several receivers and managers of all the property charged by a general security agreement dated the 18th day of August 2004, with all and every power conferred upon receivers and managers under the provisions of the said agreement.
