Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Stephen John Tubbs and Colin Anthony Gower were appointed joint receivers and managers of the company on 19 August 2009, by Spanbild Holdings Limited under
the powers of a general security agreement between the company and ANZ National Bank Limited (“ANZ”)
dated the 26th day of May 2006 under which, by virtue of subrogation rights at law (which rights are recorded in
a deed of assignment dated the 18th day of August 2009 between Spanbild and ANZ), Spanbild is now the secured party.
