Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Michael Peter Stiassney and Brendon James Gibson, hereby give notice that on 11 August 2009, we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertakings of LEEFIELD VINEYARDS LIMITED pursuant to a general security deed and memorandum of mortgage dated the 30th day of November 2007.
