Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Christopher Robert Ross Horton, of Chris Horton Associates Limited, was appointed as receiver and manager of VICEROY HOLDINGS LIMITED on 12 August 2009 under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 8th day of April 2009.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s undertakings, property and assets.
