Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Take notice that on 7 August 2009, Peter Reginald Jollands and Robin Trispin Jolliffe were appointed joint and several receivers of all the property, assets and undertakings of SENSATION YACHTS LIMITED (in liquidation and in receivership) pursuant to a security agreement dated the 18th day of October 1999.
If any creditor claims a security interest over any assets
of the above-named company, please provide details to the receivers forthwith.
