Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Shaun Neil Adams and Ian Charles Thursfield, hereby give notice that on 4 August 2009, we were appointed
joint and several receivers and managers of the assets
and undertakings of the above-named company pursuant
to a general security agreement dated the 9th day of April 2009.
