Malcolm Grant Hollis and John Howard Ross Fisk, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed joint and several receivers of EDWARD J SCHWARTZ ENTERTAINMENT INC LIMITED on 30 July 2009 under the terms of a security agreement dated the 11th day of October 2007.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
