Malcolm Grant Hollis and John Howard Ross Fisk, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed joint and several receivers of YELLOW CROSS BREWING COMPANY LIMITED on 30 July 2009 under the terms of a security agreement dated the 3rd day of September 2007.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
