We, Michael Peter Stiassny and Brendon James Gibson, hereby give notice that on 3 August 2009, we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of
the assets and undertakings of PROVENCOCADMUS LIMITED pursuant to a general security deed dated the 31st day of May 2002.
