Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 29 July 2009, I, Glen Allan Stapley, chartered accountant of Christchurch, was appointed as receiver
and manager of all of the assets and undertakings of POLYETHYLENE PIPE SYSTEMS LIMITED.
The appointment is effective pursuant to powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 28th day of July 2008.
