Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Thomas Lee Rodewald and Kenneth Peter Brown, chartered accountants of Tauranga, were, on 24 July 2009, appointed as joint receivers and managers of the property of HUGHES CONTRACTORS (PAEROA) LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 12th day of April 2006 which property consists of all present and after acquired property and all personal property in which we have rights, whether now or in the future.
The Office of the Receivers and Managers is: Rodewald Hart Brown Limited, Level 1, The Hub, 525 Cameron Road, Tauranga 3110.
